Curso: CLIL FOR SUBJECTS. PRIMARY
Methodological update is essential for the achievement of educational objectives within a framework of plurilingual training.The Education Department of the Regional Government of Castilla y León considers essential to offer permanent quality training for teachers to develop their teaching skills in schools supported by public funds with bilingual section in Castilla y León.
Teachers in bilingual section are demanding specific CLIL training applied to each subject taught in this program. Also, the knowledge of innovative techniques and the use of authentic materials in non-linguistic subjects are required in our classes.
1.- To deepen understanding and skills on CLIL methodology for Primary teachers.
2.- To learn about specific aspects of CLIL for Natural Science and Maths in Primary.
3.- To learn about specific aspects of CLIL for Arts and Music in Primary.
4.- To learn about specific aspects of CLIL for Physical Education in Primary.
5.- To raise awareness on the importance of designing and developing interdisciplinary activities in CLIL contexts.

1.- Teachers in bilingual sections interested in CLIL methodology.
Face-to-face and online sessions will be developed using an active and dynamic participation through the presentation of content and activities. The performance of the tasks set on the digital platform will be necessary.

The activity will take place between 26th January and 2nd March 2017.
Face-to-face sessions: 26th January and 9th February from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 16.30 to 18.30 at the Centro de Formación del Profesorado en Idiomas, Albéniz 1, Valladolid.
After being selected for attendance, remember to apply for the permission through the director of your school.

Overcoming this activity will be entitled to a 30 hours training certificate equivalent to 3.0 credits. In order to obtain the certificate, the timetable and the schedule compliance will be taken into account. Absences, regardless of the cause, may not exceed a 15% as established on permanent teacher training regulations.
